What to Expect from a Bicycle Service

We begin with a bicycle intake and mechanical inspection to understand the condition of the frame, brakes, gears, drivetrain, and tyres. This helps us identify what needs attention before any repair plan is discussed.

Common requests include a safety inspection, standard tune-up, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. If additional work is needed, we explain it clearly and wait for approval before proceeding.

Inspection-led repairs with clear approval before extra work

Our workshop focuses on practical servicing for everyday bikes, family bikes, and leisure rides.

Our service process is straightforward: inquiry, intake, inspection, quote approval, repair and adjustment, quality check, and collection with a service summary. That approach keeps the work easy to follow and the outcome easy to review.

Turnaround depends on the bicycle and the required parts, with most essential tune-up work completed within two to four business days after inspection. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and availability is confirmed before we commit to any specific item or completion date.
