CI
Inspection First
We inspect the bicycle first and explain the findings before work begins, so the service scope stays clear from the start.
Our Story
How We Work
Built around careful inspections, clear communication, and dependable workshop routines.
Cycle Care was established in 2023 by Omar Al-Hassan to provide a simple, well-organized service experience for local cyclists. The workshop was shaped around the needs of commuters, families, and leisure riders who want their bicycles checked, adjusted, and returned with clear service notes.
Our process starts with bicycle intake and mechanical inspection, followed by scope confirmation before any repair work begins. This approach helps keep the service practical and transparent, especially when parts need to be checked for compatibility or supplier availability.
We handle standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, puncture and tyre repair, and safety inspections. Extended workshop hours and flexible booking methods make it easier to plan service around a busy week.
